Payment Processing

Refund Policy

Program fees are generally non-refundable after you've accessed course content. In certain circumstances—like technical issues preventing access—we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of enrollment to discuss concerns.

Subscription Terms

Some programs operate on a subscription model with recurring charges. You can cancel anytime, but we don't provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term.

Upon termination, your access to course materials ends. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments owed before termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, specifically those applicable in Agusan Del Norte. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Butuan City.

Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue or inconvenience.

12. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and WisePointNode regarding use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. We'll replace unenforceable terms with valid ones that closely match the original intent.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right. All rights are reserved even if we don't immediately act on violations.

Assignment

You can't transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to another entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
